Summer Day Camp

June 3 to August 2   

     Willowick Summer Day Camp is a nine-week theme-based program available to children ages 5 to 12 yrs old.  Your child must turn 5yrs old by June 1^st in order to participate. Summer camp is divided into the following age groups; 5 & 6 year olds, 7 & 8 year olds, and 9 to 12 year olds. Camp fee includes a Camp/Swim pass (good for admission to both pools this summer), a camp t-shirt,on/off field trips and all crafts and supplies.  Camp is held Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm (No camp Tuesday, July 4^th).  Your child will need to bring a packed lunch daily to camp along with their swimsuit, towel, tennis shoes and socks. They can also bring a small amount of money for use at the concession stand.

    Our camp is staffed with qualified teachers as well as creative college students who are striving to become professionals in the teaching field.  It is our goal to make summer camp an enjoyable experience where children can learn and play in a safe environment.

     When registering for camp, please have your emergency information along with the names and phone numbers of your child’s doctors and any other important medical information that will be needed.  This information must be filled out when registering for camp.  Registrations begin on Tuesday, February 27.  For more information on summer camp, please call the Recreation Department at 440-516-3011.

When registering online, the Day Camp Program will only charge $790 (Resident) or $1,640 (Non-Resident) after the transaction is complete you must come into the Activities Center and submit the Camp information and waivers and show your proof of residency.  At that time, you will have to pay the remaining $60 for the pool pass which is included in the total camp fee of $850.  Also, you will have to renew the Membership Tag for $8, or purchase a New Membership Tag for $12 (Non-Resident Tag is $15).

If utilizing the Payment Plan, a Minimum of $100 is due at the time of registration, the remaining balance must be paid in full by June 1.  

9-Week Program Fee: Resident child $850 and Non-Resident child $1,700.

Camp fee is per child with a valid 2024 Willowick Recreation Tag.
