SWIMMING POOL RULES
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following rules must be followed at all times.
GENERAL RULES
• Pool operates under state license and health regulations.
• Pool hours are posted and must be followed.
• All patrons must check in before entering, all non-residents must be accompanied by a resident.
• Only authorized staff may operate pool equipment.
• Observe all posted depth markers and warning signs.
• Emergency equipment is for staff use only.
• Management reserves the right to remove anyone.
HEALTH RULES
• Shower before entering the pool.
• Do NOT swim if you have diarrhea, vomiting, fever,
open wounds, or contagious illness.
• Children who are not toilet trained are NOT permitted
in the main (big) pool.
• Children using the tot pool must wear swim diapers
if not toilet trained.
• No spitting or bodily fluids in the pool.
• Anyone contaminating the water will be required to leave.
SAFETY RULES
• NO running on the pool deck.
• NO diving or running jumps of any kind in shallow areas.
• NO pushing, dunking, or rough play.
• Follow all lifeguard instructions immediately.
• Clear the pool during emergencies when directed.
• Children under 12 years must be accompanied
by a responsible adult.
• Do not climb on lifeguard chairs or safety equipment.
POOL BEHAVIOR
• Be respectful to staff and guests.
• No fighting, profanity, or disruptive behavior.
• No alcohol, drugs, or intoxicated swimming.
• No smoking or vaping in pool area.
• No glass containers on deck.
• Food and drinks allowed in designated areas only.
• Coast Guard approved flotation devices only.
• No pets (service animals permitted as required by law).
FAILURE TO FOLLOW RULES MAY RESULT IN:
Warning • Removal from Facility • Suspension of Privileges
Pools will close if outside temperature is 59 Degrees or Lower. This includes Open Swim, Learn-to-Swim Lessons, and Special Events Swim.
The pool will also close if attendance is under 10 swimmers for more than one hour.
