Join in the fun as we take a mouth watering tour of India during this month's cooking series. In this series of classes chef’s will learn to use delicious fresh ingredients to make three very traditional Indian dishes.
Samosas- in this class chef’s will be preparing the dough and filling for vegetable samosas. Chef’s will have the opportunity to fry some of their samosas as well as taking the rest home to cook or freeze. .
Butter Cauliflower- in this class chef’s will learn to use the spice garam masala as we make a warm, sweet cauliflower dish served with rice.
Sweet Potato Curry- in this class chef’s will prepare a traditional vegetable curry using sweet potatoes, chickpeas and spinach that will be served over rice.

In this series chef’s will learn to use traditional latin american spices and ingredients to create three different meals and one dessert.
Cuban Picadillo- in this class chef’s will prepare a plant based version of this Cuban comfort food. We will use lentils, raisins, capers and olives to prepare this flavorful nutritious meal.
Pastelitos- chef’s prepare delicious pockets of fried dough stuffed with vegetables simmered in Dominican spices.
Cauliflower Tinga Tacos- chef’s will prepare their very own smoky, tingly tinga sauce to add to seared cauliflower pieces to create these spicy or not so spicy tacos.
