Yoga on the Lake

A.M. Class:   Join us for a great way to start your day! This one-hour class is a combination of Pilates and Yoga. Challenging yet relaxing and focuses on core strength. You will be guided through fluid movements set to peaceful music. Classes are held monthly October 2 through May, Monday – Wednesday – Friday mornings at the Dudley Fieldhouse from 8am to 9am.  Bring your exercise mat & weights.

Class minimum 18 participants, register no later than 5 days prior to class start date by calling 440-725-1313.

Beginning June 1 to September 30 Power Yoga will move to Power Yoga on the Lake.  View the flyer for additional information for the Summer Program.
