HOUSING/PROPERTY MAINTENANCE INSPECTOR

The City of Willowick Zoning/Housing Department is seeking candidates for a full time Housing/Property Maintenance Inspector.  

• Candidates must possess a valid Ohio Driver’s License.  
• ICC Certified – Property Maintenance & Housing Inspector or State of Ohio Residential Building Inspector Certification or have the ability to obtain it within one year of employment.

.  Position includes duties in the administration, interpretation and enforcement of the Zoning Code and Property Maintenance Code.
