Water & Ice
The Illuminating Company is making significant progress restoring power to customers impacted by Tuesday’s storm. While they continue working 24/7 to restore service, free water and ice are available to customers without power at several locations in northeast Ohio.
- Customers who remain without power can pick up two (2) gallons of bottled water and one (1) bag of ice, upon request; at no cost to them beginning 5 p.m. today, August 8, 2024.
