MLB – PITCH, HIT & RUN

The Willowick Recreation Department will host a local MLB-Pitch, Hit & Run competition at Manry Park on Saturday, May 1st at 2:00 p.m. for boys & girls ages 7-14 years old as of
July 17, 2021. This skills program provides participants the opportunity to showcase their pitching, hitting & running abilities in one of two divisions: baseball and softball. Champion of
each division has an opportunity to advance throughout the competitions to compete at the Finals during the 2021 World Series. Call the Recreation Dept. if you have any questions.

Mortgage & Rent Assistance Program

Lifeline will be partnering with the Fair Housing Resource Center for triage and screening of applicants for rent and mortgage assistance. Lake & Geauga County low to moderate-income residents, and have fallen behind on rent or mortgage payments are encouraged to contact Fair Housing Resource Center at 440-392-0147 to submit an application for assistance. Residents who have electric, water or sewer bill disconnection notices can contact Lifeline directly for assistance at 440-354-2148. SID – Shoreline Special Improvement District

We have received the first round of funding for the Special Improvement District (SID).  If you would like to be a part of this program and have not yet filled out the petition please click on this link SID Petition.  Please read and fill the petition out.  Once complete please drop the paperwork off at City Hall,  30435 Lakeshore Blvd., Willowick or email to atrend@cityofwillowick.com .  More information will follow.

COVID-19 Vaccinations

Please contact the Lake County General Health District for information on the COVID-19 vaccinations.  They can be contacted by phone at 440-350-2188 or you can visit their website  https://www.lcghd.org/ which will provide you with the most current information on the vaccine.

Recordings of the July 28 and August 11 virtual meetings regarding the Lakeshore Boulevard and Lakefront Redevelopment TLCI Project are now available on the website.
