All legislative action of Council is by ordinance or resolution except when otherwise required by the Constitution or laws of the State of Ohio. The ordinances and resolutions are required by law to be published or posted in not less than three of the most public places in the Municipality, one being the City web site, for a period of not less than fifteen days.
