The Willowick Senior Center

Open Monday through Thursday from 8-4 pm and 9-12 pm on Fridays.

Stop in to pick up a newsletter to see what's going on. We've got crafts, ceramics, yoga, tai chi and exercise classes, a fitness room with exercise equipment, line dancing, computer classes, art classes, cooking classes, music group, health screenings, nutrition classes, bingo, cards, pool table, movie days, trips, themed parties, a beauty salon, Red Hat Society, fun and socialization! We can assist you in filling out the paperwork for senior programs such as Heap, Homestead, Medicare and you can sign up for a Buckeye Card. Being a member is preferred and to do so costs just $10 the first time and every year after that is just $5 for residents and $10 for non-residents. This membership also enables you to take advantage of Manry Park Activities Center, located at 30100 Arnold Drive, where you can walk indoors, play shuffleboard and table tennis. Kerri has been the coordinator of the Willowick Senior Center since May 2002.  She is responsible for managing the daily operations and activities of the center, which includes overseeing the many volunteers, programming, budgeting and fundraising, developing new programs, working closely with the area senior centers, Lake County Council on Aging and United Way.  Kerri obtained her bachelor's degree in Recreation from Bowling Green State University in 1996.  Her job prior to working for the city was in the Recreation Department for  Lake Metroparks where she did their senior programs and trips.
