The construction at Shoregate is the new location for Ohio Savings.  In the center of the Shoregate Town Center, the renovation area is the new site for "Fashion Bug."   When this work is completed by late summer, we are anticipating that the balance of the west end for the former Shoregate Shopping Center will be demolished to make way for the new Shoreland Crossings residential neighborhood.

 

There have been discussions with a fitness center to locate at Shoregate in the former Best store.  This would be an exciting development and would add a new sevice orientated retail establishment to Willowick!
